The North Platte Telegraph Ag Society board member John Lamphear was presented with a certificate of appreciation from the Nebraska Association of Fair Members at the board’s regular April 6 meeting for his longstanding service to the Lincoln County Ag Society – a service that has spanned more than two decades.
